Cobwebs on the lamp, broken light bulbs, constantly running shower head, cold breakfast eggs, lukewarm coffee, cold water in the pool

Visually beautiful on the outside at first glance. Accommodation needs a refresh, furniture is chipped, beds creak, floorboards creak, very noisy.

I cannot understand the reviews. The food was delicious. The buffet was completely sufficient, enough selection of desserts, sausage, cheese & drinks. The boss was super nice as well as the restaurant staff. The star deduction is because the rooms need some renovation. All in all a great place to stay.

We wanted to look at a room in this hotel because we will need several rooms for a larger family event in 2021. For this reason, we personally asked on site to be able to view a room in advance. When my wife arrived at the hotel on time for the agreed date, she was initially punished with absolute disregard. Only after my wife had drawn attention to herself in a friendly manner was she even noticed as a potential customer. An older, absolutely unfriendly gentleman, obviously the owner of the hotel, told her harshly that room tours were not possible because the hotel was fully booked. A cautious request from my wife when this might be possible was ironed out with the harsh answer "in October". The request for the cancellation fee for a pre-booked room was answered with the unfriendly reference to the hotel brochure. Then this person simply left my wife there. CONCLUSION: 1. Despite prior personal appointment with the time, it was not possible to view a room. 2. The tentative attempt to make a new appointment was harshly rejected. 3. The question about the cancellation fee remained completely unanswered. 4. And the whole thing without a face mask! (My wife wore a face mask, of course.) Such an unprofessional way of dealing with potential customers nowadays simply leaves me speechless. It was neither sufficient for the management of an FDJ youth holiday home, nor would it be appropriate today for the management of a refugee camp. It is completely impossible, unacceptable and counterproductive for running a hotel. We will never enter this shop again !!!

At this place we dined superbly with a view over the Plauer See. Highly recommended.

The hotel looked nice from the outside, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the room ?. The boss was very overwhelmed and unfriendly, parking spaces were very rare. The breakfast service was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Our room had cracks on the walls, the windows were totally dirty and the bathroom was in need of renovation. Would like to write more, but that doesn't work. We definitely won't recommend it. .

If you ever need a real - a real vacation - from Berlin, please think of me and take a room in the Hotel Gesundbrunnen right on Plauer See. Whether in summer or winter, it doesn't matter, the kitchen is fantastic and the view is breathtaking, and you immediately come down from the stress of the lively city. In addition, the large mysterious house has a very interesting story, about which the owner will be happy to hand you a book and tell a lot!

Nice ambience and very friendly staff. In the rooms you can feel comfortable. The chef is particularly noteworthy. Inventive dishes - it's just a pleasure to try everything. We were 9 days to visit.

The pool is way too cold, unfortunately you can not swim in it long. The breakfast has very little choice and the rolls are from a discounter. If you leave the room at twelve o'clock a day, it will not be cleaned afterwards. We were not asked if we need anything else. We were compensated by the location right on the lake. Unfortunately, the hotel needs restoration.

The restaurant is nice, from the outside very nice. Our room is already getting old. The staff was nice! We only stayed two nights, and maybe there are better rooms. Trying out, because the location is very nice.

We just wanted to get away from it all for a night. This hotel was perfect for that. The food in the restaurant was top notch and the breakfast was good as well. The pool and sauna I liked best. The staff was always friendly! Small minus point of the creaking floor and the cobwebs at the lamp.

We come several times a year to this beautiful and truly relaxing hotel with its inviting terrace, differently designed rooms and beautiful small swimming pool. If you do not find anything at the extensive breakfast offer, you can not help it. It would be nice, however, the addition of the menu to changing daily specials and in the evening to cold dishes such as cheese and sausage slabs.

Highly recommended ... especially for families. We felt very comfortable. Our apartment was great for a family of four. The staff of the hotel were extremely helpful and nice. A completely successful getaway. Thank you Hotel Seeresidenz!

We were very enthusiastic about how the operators looked after the guests and this positive atmosphere was presented throughout the (clean and tidy) house. The in-house swimming pool with adjacent sunbathing lawn is great, of course. There is no better way to relax. Thank you very much

We were to eat in the restaurant. The staff is attentive, really nice and competent. Atmosphere maintained. The kitchen can be highlighted, all dishes were fresh and delicious. The only small criticism: it was a bit high in fat with the fried potatoes on the plate. But only so little that it still gives full stars, because it is rather a visual defect or was!
